Chicken w/Marinara Sauce
1/2 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
one 2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken, cut into serving pieces
3 tablespoons of butter
one 15 1/2 ounce can of marinara sauce
1 teaspoon of dill weed
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese |

Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Combine flour,. salt, and pepper in paper bag. Add chicken, a few pieces
at a time, and shake until coated with flour mixture. Place chicken in
single layer in shallow baking dish. dot with butter. Bake for 25
minutes. Remove from oven.
Pour marinara sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with dill weed and cheese.
Reduce heat to 350ºF. and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, and
serve hot or cold. Serves 4
